Janus123432 Still going strong after Promulgation of the fall. Keep this up for what we can speculate would be a full length release. Favorite track: Redemptive Immolation.

Cole Jacobsen These guys could fart into a microphone and somehow still manage to write great music.

Keenan Johnston Dead Congregation return with an exercise in brevity that more bands could take cues from. Though these two tracks are separate, there's a clear narrative that runs through them; the atmospheric doom of the opening song gives way to a fiery churn of death metal that concludes this EP in prime fashion. No superfluous elements here, just quality songwriting and attention to detail. Favorite track: Wind's Bane.

televiper Vindictive, oppressive, and accomplished. Dead Congregation's ear for compositional detail sets them apart. Favorite track: Wind's Bane.

andyread66 Their best release yet, perfectly composed atmospheric Death Metal with a raw and organic production.
Hope for the future of Death Metal!! Favorite track: Redemptive Immolation.

Track Name: Redemptive Immolation
...Alone...
...Scared...
...Empty...
...Once King...

Blood running down your fingers,
Last minute thoughts,
Dripping on the floor.
Corpse collapsing in a pile.

From your rotting and open flesh,
Armies of worms swarm out,
Like waves of black water,
Emptying you from inside.

Until the white of bones,
Rises above your bloated cadaver.

For the first time your existence
Is overwhelmed with life and beauty

Redemptive Immolation, Redemptive Self-sacrifice

Your body for once is a vessel to receive,
But the angels of joy are now silent,
The angels of joy are now in agony,
As they gaze upon this shrine of Holy Death.
Track Name: Wind's Bane
Dead wind howling
Bodies bend like trees
Praying, kneeling, worshipping

Thousands of them crying for salvation
Hoping, gazing, dying

Robbing their corpses
Stripping them under the eye of their savior
With open arms…

Dead wind ceased, bodies cracked like twigs
Decayed orthodox obscurantism, our vindication
Doing the Devil’s work.
